In 2020 players will enjoy update and new contents in RS, including
the PvM Hub. Here you could learn some information including when it
will be released.
It has been confirmed that RS PvM Hub (also known as War’s Retreat) will be released in game in early 2020. According to the recent official news post, the PvM Hub is moving up in the schedule and will be released before Archaeology.
During Epic Jam Mod Ryan began working on a central hub for PvM. Development of the update will be continued by the Epic Jam seat team, who will be tasked with finishing updates shown in the Epic Jam. Jagex will show us more details of this update after Christmas.
General information on RS PvM Hub
Like the Max Guild, the PvM Hub will contain a bank, campfire and altar. The campfire will give bonfire boosts equal to the tier of log used, which can be upgraded with more logs to increase the bonus. However the hub will not offer Grand Exchange services. It will be upgraded with "Marks of War", which will obtained by staying in an boss instance with a timer.
The Hub will provide a combat dummy area to gain adrenaline, and 3 boss portals: one automatically unlocked, one that tunes to the player's Reaper assignment or seasonal boss events, and another that may be unlocked via purchase. The unlocked and purchased portals may be retuned for 100,000 coins, or for free if the player has 100 kill count towards the boss it is attuned to.
