The RS develop team has opened up RS Mobile Early Access to all
players with Android mobile devices. Moreover, there is also some

According to the latest Google Play Early Access expansion official news post, RS Mobile Early Access has been available on Android for all players. From April 9th 2020, both members and non-members are able to play the complete game experience on mobile. RS Mobile Early Access can be downloaded on Google Play store.
Member benefits will remain exactly the same as they are on PC while membership is not required for RS3 Mobile Early Access. Both existing and new members who play the early access on mobile will get the exclusive Mobile Founder’s Pack, which includes the dazzling Radiant Dawn Armour, a Steel Panther Combat Pet and a unique rest animation.
